Our two-tier pricing system reflects the levels of our barbers so that you get the quality of service that matches your specific needs. Our tier two barbers will have more experience and versatility. Please don’t sneeze at our tier one barbers. One can’t work at sheared the Barbershop if they aren’t proficient. If you have any questions or concerns about our two-tier service offerings, please don’t hesitate to ask.
At Sheared The Barbershop you get a haircut of your choice. All scissors, all clippers, some scissors, some clippers, some texture, lots of shape, a great fade, whatever! Included with each haircut comes a neck shave and hot towel for your face.
While we encourage folks to join us early to check in before their appointment time, we offer a ten-minute grace period before we are unable to seat a client for their scheduled appointment. Showing up more than 10 minute after your appointment is considered a no-show.
If an appointment is rescheduled after 10am the day of the appointment, 50% of the cost of the services are accessed to the card on file required to hold an appointment. This fee is only to cover the lost time and will not go towards any future haircut.
Sheared The Barbershop understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hour’s notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Please note that we make every attempt to avoid cancellations. We’d rather serve you.
- We send confirmation emails 48 hours before the appointment as a reminder.
- We will call you for appointment confirmation 24 hours in advance.
- If you don’t respond to our emails, we will make a final attempt call at 9:30am, the day of the appointment. If we don’t hear from you by 10am, we cancel the appointment, and no fees are accessed.
If an appointment is canceled after 10am the day of the appointment, 100% of the cost of the services are accessed to the card on file required to hold your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled after 10am the day of the appointment, 50% of the cost of the services are accessed to the card on file required to hold an appointment (this fee is only to cover the lost time and will not go towards any future haircut). If an appointment is a no-show for any reason, 100% of the cost of the services are accessed to the card on file required to hold your appointment.
LATENESS POLICY
Sheared The Barbershop understands that sometimes schedules change. Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment we reserve the right to cancel appointment as “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
Note: We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If you feel comfortable with explaining your emergency, we may extend one (1) grace appointments per year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. This grace extension is upon our discretion.
Cancel/Reschedule prior to 10 am (the day of the appointment) – No charge.
Reschedule for same day after 10am – 50% charge
